My Friday started off with heading to school late because I did packing only at the very last minute. I practically looked as if I was being carried by my bagpack instead.
Oh shit, you guys can't see my humongous bag pack.
Anyway, had a deli and filling lunch at Oliva, which finally, a school lunch, lasted me for 6 hours. If you didn't know already, RP has an in-lab training fine dining restaurant for students to learn how to cook and serve. Everyone, including the public, is able to get a fine dining course lunch for just 10 bucks. The food's great by the way, different menus every week.
So this week was baked salmon. Everything on this plate was too good. Crispy skin, moisture-d and nicely baked salmon, sauteed potatoes, soft carrots. Loved it.
Creme Bulee with berries for dessert.
Some mocktail which they'd invented themselves!
Forested mushroom soup!

So then, after school, we all immediately assembled for camp. Actually only the students who will be taking their IIP next sem. Thank god I had the company of Bunny!
Wo shi mei ren yu!
The next morning, we had cakes for breakfast and then we had to cook our own lunch...
So we finally reached our last activity for the camp, which is trekking.
Apparently, the starting point was at harbourfront MRT, and guess where we trekked?
UP TO MOUNT FABER > HENDERSON WAVES > FOREST WALK > HORTPARK > HORTPARK CENTRE > PASIR PANJANG > BUKIT CHANDHU MUSEUM @ BUONA VISTA
My school is the best.
We were so fucking happy when we were 75% done, and got to eat our pathetic lunch.
THE LAST FUCKING STOP BEFORE WE HAD TO WALK ALL THE WAY DOWN!
Yay, love this girl here.
So the objective of this camp is to strengthen/instill the resilience in us.
What I felt about it? BREAKING LEGS WITH SORE FEET.
But still, kinda had fun complaining with the others. And I'm quite glad that this shit is over, so I will never be threatened by the fact that I cannot do my IIP if I do not attend this camp, ever again. Good luck to those who are going for next week's and next sem's Camp Resilience. Will be looking forward to all of your tweets.
